Break dance for some just “coolness”, for others hard training! It is therefore very important to work on your fitness, a healthy diet, light jogging, stretching, muscle building training and a short warm-up before each workout. The right equipment: Especially wrist, elbow and knee should be relieved with protectors; The range of handball or volleyball sports is ideal here. The shoes should be light, low and flexible; running shoes are best for this. Otherwise, a sports suit or sweatpants with a T-shirt is sufficient. If the setting is right now, then you can start!
