The dance school offers cold and warm beverages for all course participants. Therefore, we ask to refrain from bringing your own beverages. To ensure cleanliness and to avoid unpleasant odors the consummation of food is prohibited in school.

Smoking in all forms is strictly prohibited! This includes all tobacco-based products, as well as e-cigarettes and water pipes.

We gladly welcome you to our dance school with a free trial class. Not included: course level 1 and 2 of all ballroom dance categories as well as workshops and special classes, as these are special events. You can take a maximum of three individual trial classes within Street Dance category (this covers all dance-types in this category). Requirement for a trial class is a filled out contact formula.

On behalf of all participants and instructors we ask you to be on time. We reserve the right to exclude a participant if he or she is more than 15 minutes late because it disrupts the ongoing class. Only the announced curriculum is taught in ball room dance courses. This is necessary in order to uphold our flexible course-system. In the event of a small participant-group, we reserve the right to end a class earlier in case the curriculum content has already been covered. We also ask to refrain from skipping course levels. If you wish to do so, please discuss with your instructor first. In successive classes, the dance instructor is allowed to exclude couples with insufficient knowledge.

For authentication, every customer will be recorded in our database by name, address, date of birth, telephone number, e-mail address and photo. The dance school asks for immediate notification if the member changes the name, the address or the bank details and reserves the right to charge the member for costs incurred by omission. Changes and additions must be made in writing.

The dance school cannot be held liable for damaged personal items such as shoes, clothing, or money - unless the damage can be proven as careless behavior of the dance school.

Data protection is an important topic for us. We hereby state that we comply to the fullest extent of the federal data protection laws.

The period of validity of the memberships are 1, 3 or 6 months. The subscription is automatically renewed for the same period of months if not formally terminated by the costumer one week in advance. 

An unused hourly quota from a previous month cannot be transferred to the following month.

Registration forms as well as all information regarding costs and scope of the different KULT subscriptions can be found on the website of our dance school.

Payment of the monthly membership fee is deducted from your bank account on the first or fifteenth of every month. The € 15.00 admission fee is automatically included in the first monthly fee.

In case of a member caused debt, the dance school has full authority to charge the indebted member with the resulting bank and handling fees. In the event of two or more months arrears, the member will be charged with all monthly fees of the remaining period of the subscription. A refund due to nonuse of the subscription is not possible.

Rest periods, a switch between subscription as well as the first sign up are individually charged with a € 15.00 fee.

A member can only receive a reduced subscription due to his/her age, if he/she is still within this age group. Once the aged limit is passed, the member will be charged the regular monthly fee.

In the event that a member is unable to attend courses due to illness, the dance school consents to drop the fees during this period only after presentation of a written medical report signed by a licensed doctor. The pause is not possible retroactively.

The same regulations apply for longer stays abroad. The monthly fees will be paused for the length of the stay by the presentation of adequate documents in advance.

Contrary to the mentioned KULT ABOs, the FLEX membership has a term of only one month. This also shortens the notice period accordingly. The membership also starts the 1st or 15th of a month and can be terminated up to three working days before the end of this period in all other cases the membership is automatically extended for another month without notice.

There is no admission fee.

The membership is person-bound, excluded from refund, not transferable, and access to online courses may not be passed on to third parties.

For all cases not mentioned here, the same conditions apply as for our KULT ABOs.

Stripe tickets and vouchers are valid for 2 years.

Stripe cards as well as vouchers, are person-bound and excluded from the refund.
